Martin “Tino" Kamarck. From 1999 to 2005, Tino served as the President of Radian Asset Assurance Inc., the financial guarantee arm of Radian Group Inc. (NYSE:RDN) where he built the market leading structured credit financial guaranty reinsurance business, ultimately covering over $40bn of par insured. Tino was also Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of the United States during the Clinton administration, and Co-Head of Structured Credit and General Counsel at FGIC (Financial Guarantee Insurance Corporation), GECC's financial guaranty company. Tino began his professional career as an attorney with Morrison and Foerster at which he ultimately became a Partner and head of their securitization practice. Tino holds an undergraduate degree from Haverford and a JD from Stanford Law School.
